Products with no quality-related issues can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order and you will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products are brand new and of high quality. If a defect arises, please contact our Customer Service and we can offer you an exchange. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Warranty terms and conditions
The products must be returned to 7TECH for inspection. After we determine that it has a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. At the same time, we will confirm whether the product qualifies to be repaired or replaced under our 1-year warranty.
When can get my money back?
After sending the products back , customer should send US the tracking number of that products, and we will refund the money.
*Please note that exchanged merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition, make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.
